Hello! This question seems simple but i have searched away for awhile now and not found a good answer. So here it goes:

I finally found the juice/carto combo i love. juice aside, the Carto is the Ego Mega Dual coil Carto by Smoktech. It fits my style/needs perfectly which was nice to find after experimenting with quite a few different types of attys/cartos.

BUT my 650mah ego batteries aren't cutting it. With the Ohms at 1.6 on the carto the battery simply can't keep up.. I already ruined one. :(

My understanding is that 3.7V batteries work perfect with dual coil cartos... So i have been looking at those. Is that a fair assumption? If so... What would you more experienced types recommend for a battery? I would like to stay away from boxes if at all possible... I take this to work and its much easier to keep it around the desk if it looks like a marker. That being said, I will do a mod (box or otherwise) if it fits the bill.

Also need the battery to be relatively cheap... Spent enough this month on ecig supplies as it is. (the wife will have my hide if i spend much more!)

I dont think my second battery is going to last much longer than my first one.. And I cant risk going back to tobacco..

Thanks in advance! :vapor:

A Silver Bullet would suit this. You will need the mod, plus two AW 18650 batteries, and a charger.

I think this is going to be more than you want to spend, so maybe in the meantime get another mid-size batt such as the Riva, instead of an eGo or Tornado (the Riva puts out a slightly higher voltage, the Go and Tornado are down around 3.3v).
