battery via post?

im in new zealand -- ok so now i cant get some 18650 imr battery for my mod? usps wont send em- aussie post wont send em (i do wonder how the shops got them then, via carrier pigioen??) - as far as i know china customs wont let them through!!!! well that sort of kills the point of having a mod!! yet arn't cell phone and laptop batts the same?? does this also include ego batterys as well?? anyone know how i can get some sent or am i limited to what i can find here?

I beleive you can get those from naked vapour in new zealand:

Not sure why theyd be a customs issue anywhere, same tech as laptops, mobiles, tablets, mp3 etc...

Hiya - At the moment Naked Vapour is it for 18650 IMRs here. He has some Efests in that are cheaper than the AW IMRs.

I didn't see any IMRs there. I saw an Ultrafire unprotected Li-ion that I wouldn't touch with a barge pole, and a protected batt that might be ok in a mechanical mod, but I wouldn't use it in a vv/vw mod. The Efest IMRs at Naked Vapour don't cost much more and are safer.
