battery voltage list

kinda worndering what the variouse voltages of various batterys on the market. ill start by listing some of the ones i have. mesured with a multimeter and a buted 510 cartomizer connector.

joye 510 passthru genuine - 4.1 Volts
mega joye 510 battery genuine - 4.1 volts
standard joye 510 battery genuine - 4.2 volts
510 disposable q-cig regular battery - 3.2 volts

Are these readings from batteries fresh of the charger (peak voltage) or average voltage till partial discharge?
