Will this work to show voltage to the atty under load?

What I'm trying to do is create a voltage indicator that I can screw inline in between my "battery" and my dual coil carto. I have a multimeter so I know what voltage my variable volt ecigs are at but I want to know what there each putting out under load and what the voltage drop is with dual coil cartos. I'm using the same voltage indicator a lot of you use (bought from madvapes). What my pic above shows is wiring it basically in between the battery connector and the 510 atty connector. When I fire the ecig with an atty attached would this give me the load voltage? Thanks.

Yes, your wiring is correct. You will get an indication of the voltage you're actually getting at the atomizer when powered. MadVapes does sell an inline voltmeter for this purpose. Don't know if you just haven't come across it or you are aware of it and just want to build your own tap.
