I'm new to the vaping world, got my first kit a couple of weeks ago. I thought I had some dead carts & just for grins I attached to my passthrough & they acted like they were brand new. Put back on a fully charged battery....nothing. Are my batteries the problem or is the passthrough just that much better at getting the last bit of juice from the carts. BTW I never got that "burnt" taste from any of the carts I thought were dead. Just nothing, no taste and no vapor.

I seriously wish others would address this possible battery problem at V4L before I put my order in this week.

i have several V4L batteries. 8 regular manuals, 4 shorties and 7 XLs, (manuals). I have found the manual Vaper king batteries equal to my pass thru. As a matter of fact I just traded 2 of my Vaper King pass thrus to LadyD of this forum. The only problem I have ever had with there batteries was a thread issue which I believe they have corrected. I also have the ego and riva but for for taste the Vaper King is hard to beat!! Uses alot less juice also. BUTTT I like em all

i have had this same thing happen to me with several batteries.. i am waiting for V4L to address the issues of product reliability and such before i order any more hardware from them.. i love their juice flavors, and their customer service.. but it seems like every hardware order i make, at least one item in the order is either completely or partially defective. supposedly the owner just went to china to address this issue, but havent seen anything confirming this is the case, or telling us when to expect more reliable hardware.. all things considered though, i do love my v4l gear and as long as their customer service is top notch as it has been so far, i will remain a customer.

Update to my battery problem. Turns out the charger was the problem. V4L promptly sent me a new one. Kudos to the customer service they are famous for. But....that charger is also faulty. I started down this road to vaping about 3 weeks ago and so far have only had 2 solid days of being able to vape. I ordered a manual KR808 from another vender (feel like I'm cheating on V4L) and was surprised It lasted all day and into the evening before it needed charging. Think I'm going to get some more manuals.

Anyway I can't complain about the service at V4L they've been excellant. Must be frustrating dealing with all the problems they've had with the "hardware".
