Battery won't work

Hello,

I ordered two batteries back at the end of September 2010, about 2 weeks ago they stopped working. The LED lights up when you draw on it, but nothing comes out. Have tried on both batteries several different carts and the same thing. I tried the carts on my other batteries and they work fine. Is there a way to fix the batteries when they do this?

Maybe the contact post in the bottom of your carto's are pushed up a bit. Try to gently pull them down a bit, and see if that works.

I'd say the same thing, it sounds like the posts on the carts are not contacting the posts on the batteries. I would try to wedge up the post on the cart slightly and see if you can get it to fire.

Thanks for the quick replies. How do I do that, pull the carts down that is? Also, it does it on every cart with these two batteries.

Then it may be the battery post..not the carto. Take a pin and insert it a tiny bit into the hole at the top of the battery. GENTLY lift do this in a circle..to bring the center post up evenly.

Well If you cant fix them just order a few more.You got over 3 months out of them for less than $20 each.Compared to the price of cigs,its not to bad.I expect 3-6 months from a batt.I have a few that have lasted much longer,I consider that a bonus.

That is why I like adapters, I can take a screwdriver and adjust it lol.

I got scared there too. I have two of three batteries that I ordered (less than 3 weeks old) that are having the same problems. Ill have to find something to use around here to give this little trick a try =)
