Thanks for the pic. That white sticker is applied by either the battery manufacturer or the battery re-seller for shipping purposes. It's placement on the battery should be of no concern.

The purple Efest 18650 2600 mah 35 amp battery actually uses the same cell and re-wraps it as their own and saying it is a 35 amp battery on their purple label. Efest is misleading shoppers by using the maximum
pulse discharge rate (35 amps) instead of using the maximum
continuous discharge rate (20 amps) like most battery manufacturers use.
