battery ?

ok, i dont know much about battery specifics yet. i am looking for a 601 mini pipe battery charger. i found a couple from europe but not sure if they would work in a us outlet. i have found some supposed universal chargers but not sure on them either, i dont know a batt number on it like you sometimes see around here. i dont have the unit yet and will only buy it if i can find the/a charger.

the pipe is for my dad who has ocpd ect.also has short term memory probs. and the easier the better so i think a specific charger would be best for him. he used to smoke pipe and enjoyed it, i think a pv would be good for him because of health reasons and also he will have to live in adult foster care where he cant really smoke. as it is it is costing my bro. money he doesnt have supporting dads cig. habit(even the on sale really nasty stuff), i figure if i purchase him a unit on sale and mix his juices for him it will cost alot less. thanks for any info.

Sorry, not familiar with that unit.

If you can find the type of battery, looks like they would use a CR2 or a CR123, then someplace like the Battery Junction would have the batteries and the chargers.

But if you get a kit, it should have a charger with it.

thanks hoosier. the batt # is 14250. i ran across battery junction in my search but someone also said bend the connectors or dimes or pennies will work for spacers. also seen some magnets for that purpose. i think i would still prefer the exact charger for him though, i might have to get it and test it for a bit,lol. i guess the kit came with the wrong charger to begin with. thanks for the reply, anymore help will be appreciated. the only thing i came across that uses that battery is some english mini flashlight and it(charger) wasnt cheap.
