Ok the only divice I have is the DSE901 and it has not been enough to help me totally quit smoking the batteries just do not last long enough and it does not put out enough vapor or give enough throat and lung hit. So I was just curious what you guys think of these devices? I want goood battery life and lots of vapor but it also has to be a low matinance divice since I dont want to have to spend all my time cleaning the thing so basically need something idiot prof. Help please.

Curious as to why you'd have the BB and the Omega but not the Silver Bullet? I just got one yesterday, so I can't attest to how long it holds up with time, but it feels solid, the button feels great, and I would think the way it is slightly recessed would save a few accidental pocket fires. As I said, I haven't had it long enough for anything to go wrong, but the biggest selling point for me was that it was a low maintenance strictly mechanical device, requiring little more than an occasional wipe down of the threads with that stuff that begins with an N to keep it functioning well. And having the 18650 battery at 2400 mAh means I'm going to have a long life between charges, even if used with LR equipment.

It is rather heavy. If you are meaning top pocket I would think it is too heavy for that. Pants pocket would be easier. I dont think I ever tried carrying mine in the pocket. The BB would be much better for a shirt pocket. I had 2 BBs and they are nice. I had trouble with both switches and have heard of others that did also.. Never had trouble with the Omega firing.

There are other good pvs out there that might fit your bill..

Have you thought about 5v or variable voltage mods?

Like the Little Sister or Big Brother from Boxmods.net

Or the Buzz from Notcigs.com

They will definitely give you the TH and vape you are wanting where 3.7 might not be too much different than what you have now. Unless you get the Omega and run LR attys on it which is also nice..

Both are great devices. I had all three (BB,BSB and Bomega). I just sold my BSB due to not using it anymore since I got the omega. About the only thing that could happen to the omega is if the battery went thermal meltdown, the spring might collapse, other than that it's an all mechanical device. It is a little big to carry around though. My BB is for work and the omega is for home use. I also just got a GLV2, and I must admit it has become #1 for me. It isnt all mechanical, but that button is perfection and it hits like a champ.
