Yeah, I ordered the v2, with the 29?mm atty well. SILVER! The guy who owns the company is really stand up.
I've got a black V1 #44. The SX chip is really very nice and he did a fine job, although the finish on the box is less than ideal. Nevertheless, I like it a lot! It's a pretty chunky lass though. I don't carry it out and about for that reason.
Supposed to be anodized. What are the issues you are having with the finish?
It is a bit spotty and inconsistent on my black one; noticeable at lit angles. I want to emphasis though that it is not severe enough to really bother me on mine. It's also worth mentioning that the maker acknowledged some issues on facebook with the people who did the finishing on the box and been upfront on it all so far.
