Might I suggest that you post here: Reviews of Suppliers - Negative and at least give them a chance to respond.

They are not allowed to answer you in here and I for one would like to hear the other side of the story as well.

I have never ever had a problem with East Coast so I am interested in hearing the whole story from both sides.

Canada Post ... whether you like them or not ... to find a Postal employee taking items from the mail is very serious and extremely rare.

This would be the correct procedure.

I've removed the OPs original post. This isn't done to protect the supplier, but rather out of fairness to all. Suppliers are prohibited from posting about their business outside of the supplier forums. By posting in the Negative reviews forum, you give the supplier a chance to respond and ECF members then get the entire story, not just one half of it.
