Naw. There are people who actually sound and behave that way in real life. Here it could be anyone. I’ve got a fairly thick accent myself. Not that one, but it’s noticable. America is a big place and this place is even bigger.

I remember the first time he tested the cape wing and it failed. He crapped himself as he dropped 200 feet before deploying the batclaw to save himself. I had to go pick him up because and I quote "Batman should never be seen with a load in his batsuit. It strikes fear in no one except the dry cleaner" I made his lay in the back of the pick up so he wouldn't stink up the cab. He's gotten a lot better since then.
