Bedazzle Glass Tubes

I always keep up with my thread.
All my tubes have an inside diameter (id) of 16mm. I have a new thin wall I've been using which has a outside diameter (od) of about 20mm and a wall of 2mm instead of old thin wall of 1.8mm
To me it's the 'perfect' tube for the JB, Unique, Bella and Elegance. It's not to thick and is less fragile than the 1.8mm wall.
My thick wall is 3mm and is 22mm od. It's does stick out from the JB tank but that's why I started facetting the ends.

My caps are days away from being shipped. There stainless steel, colored and laser design.
Keep up the questions.

Thanks Ty and CatCat. You guys did a better job at explaining than I did. Plus I didn't read past pizza's post.
Ty is right, after I apply the each decals I fire each quartz tube at 1250 degress. They go thru 8 segments of heating including annealing to ensure all my tubes are stress free and healthy.

Colors are a suprise and I haven't come up with pricing yet. I'm waiting to get them in my hands before I deside on their price. I'm don't expect any pictures from him at this point.

As promised, here is my line-up minus the plain clear tubes.

Bringing this forward for Pizza. The top 3 and the bottom center are thin JB's and the outside bottom 2 are fauceted thick wall JB's. The top center is the electroformed tanks.
