Mookie all you'd have to do is PM me. You know I'll do everything I can to help you. Is my tube to big to little? Have you heard the Cobalt Zen is a different size tube than all the other Zen regulars?

Appreciate your Ty! So here is my : The purpose of most threads is to talk about the good and the problems you encounter to help each other out. Just posting "fan" mail is sweet but not very productive. Usually people can help you figure your problem out without bothering the busy vendor. It also helps teach other people who may encounter the same issue. I did not mean to come across as snarky which I apparently did with my frustration and ineptitude boiling over.

Mookie one other thing is if you had a Cobalt Tube (from ENS) the orings on that are bigger than the standard Zen Mini orings. I haven't had any problems with my Bedazzles either...hope you get it figured out.

Bingo Iowa! I switched to smaller o-rings and now the tube fits great - and looks fabulous! Thanks so much for your help. Weird thing is now I can't figure out which o-ring I had on to fit the cap back on. I know it's in the pile somewhere because I took it off - I'm such a klutz learning all this new stuff.

I know you would darling - you always do. I just didn't want to take up your time if I could find a quick answer. It's so pretty and I wanted to get in on so bad I got frustrated and worried I was doing something wrong or was going to break it. Yes, I know the Cobalt takes the mini not the standard size. I'm not positive now but it may have been a tad smaller than the original blue tube Mike gave me. But switching to smaller orings, like Iowa suggested, worked great. It matches so beautifully I just love it!!! Soon I will have to get one for my ZAP. Once I get the cap settled back on I'll post a pic. Although it might take a trip over to see Mike if I can't get the cap back on. I'm fortunate to live close to so many Zenfidels because I would be totally lost without them.

Now I have an idea for your next venture.......transparent glass tubes with threads to fit on the Sidewinder!!!

Mookie, I did not mean you shouldn't have posted, I just know Kathy actually prefers people give her a chance to figure out what may be wrong first, as it helps her continue to learn too. So sorry if I offended, as that was not my intention. I strongly feel ANY vendor should have first chance at helping their customers.

I believe the people who hang in this thread have helped many others with questions/problems. I seem to remember many pm's between us in the past.

I dont get online much these days (longer hours and a longer commute than before)
When I am online I tend to go on facebook and UKVapers. I think this is the only thread I ever go on on ECF!
I miss you guys, but usually end up spending money when I come on here! LOL

I need a favor. Can someone please go to Kathy's website and try to put two items in their cart? I'm 99% positive it's my computer and my lack of computer knowledge. I cannot get the "continue shopping" to work. My entire computer locks up and it won't let me continue. I have shut down and rebooted 3 times now. In the meantime, I am going to pm Kathy for my order. Thanks in advance!

Hey Cat, it just let me do that....I'm thinking maybe your computer has the pop-up block on, because when you hit Continue Shopping, a pop-up comes up asking if you wish to leave the window & you have to click yes....does that make sense?

I think your right TY, it worked for me too but that's not saying much...
I'm getting something new in the next couple of days. Something I've never carried or had before. I order these 'something new' back in Aug. 2012! They comes in pink, lavender, black and white........
