Dallas is my grandson he is 22. He is a great kid with his head on straight works very hard and is going to collage. He is the kinda guy everybody loves. I actually got to see him being born. He is from my husbands first wife. He does have a broken jaw internal injuries and is able to talk.
I am so sorry Peace and as with Kathy and her grandma you are in my prayers............
as far as colors..........hmmmm I would like silver and purple the best but the blue one would match a mod I have also But I have a lava top with no bottom (yeah im a dunce and lost the bottom) so I really need a silver one to sorta match that one LOL, at least then I can use the top again!

Thanks everyone. He getting a CAT scan right now. All we know is he has internal bleeding, broken collar bone and nose possibly punctured lung.
Dallas was helping a girl go off the rope swing when a vehicle went into reverse. Dallas pushed girl out of the way and vehicle hit Dallas rolled on top of him and vehicle went off into river

Oh Peace, we haven't spoken before but I just want you to know my heart goes out to you and your family. Dallas sounds like a wonderful and true gentleman. You will be in my constant prayers. Please keep us updated when you have the time.

Thank you all Dallas does not have internal bleeding. He does have a broken mandible, jaw and nose.
Story goes. Dallas was showing a girl how to use a rope swing over the river. A girl got in Dallas's moms Tracker (car) went to turn the radio on and somehow started it and it happened to be in gear and in reverse. Dallas did see the car coming pushing the other girl out of the way but could not get himself out of the way too. He and the car landed in the river with the car ON TOP of him and had him pinned under water. Thankfully it is a very popular stopping point on the river and their where 4 divers their that got him out from under the car and out of the water. Their also was some nurses that where floating down river stopped and helped Dallas. God made sure everybody needed was in place.

So glad to hear there is no internal bleeding and the CAT scan must have been okay also. What a scary accident to go through! For Dallas and everyone involved.
What happened to the girl that got in the car to turn on the radio? Was she able to get out of the car before it went into the river? That poor darling must be feeling just awful about what happened also. No one wants to be responsible for causing an accident no matter how it happened.
And what are the chances of nurses being there to help - just wonderful!! Being a nurse myself I know how well meaning people trying to help out can sometimes create more damage simply just be moving someone. I imagine they helped Dallas from sustaining any further head/neck/spine/shock/bleeding, etc., trauma.
Give your loved ones an extra squeeze tonight - I know I will!!!
Dallas is in surgery. Plastic surgeons will be reconstructing the broken bones in his face He has fractures under each eyes just below the eye sockets, they will have to put metal plates under each eye His mandible is broke in half they will also piece it back into place with metal plate. Jaw is broke, teeth are broke and will have his mouth wired shut. Please continue to pray for fast healing.
