Very well said Tammy....it's a shame when the "gang mentality" takes over, as we all well know from past experiences. I was guilty of that myself one time, but never again. We as vapors need to learn that we can fully support a vendor without having to attack another...and for all the old timers that are posting comments on facebook....shame on you, you all know better!!!!!!

So...I have some items in my cart, but I'm hesitant to confirm my order because I want to make sure I get the right size tube to go with the new "hat and shoes". Also, I noticed this:

I just spent 30 minutes typing a long response but I deleted it. I just want to say that I agree with you and Tammy. and just going to add that as far as customers and supporters....loyalty works both ways.
Yeah. I will be ordering new hats and shoes too as soon as I make sure my dress fits!!

The atomizers are something new everyone is trying out. I had a tiny laser hole drilled right above the metal guts. They definitely have a learning curve to them. Flavor is awesome and worth a try. Hubby uses them all the time with his pipe.

Well said! Nothing makes me madder than putting someone else down and it's the first thing that will make me take my money elsewhere. It does NOT make your product better or more desirable. I love my Bella, Elegance, and Unique tanks. And I can't wait to get Kathy's Aluminus! I think making them from aluminum is a great idea and very original. They are also much more affordable for someone who doesn't have the money for an acrylic tank and wants to buy a Bedazzle.
There are lots of suppliers that make many of the same things and I've never seen any of them bash another company. So I'm thinking it is pretty good odds that we only have one bad apple
At the end of the day I want to do business with someone that is nice and doesn't have to put someone else down to make themselves look better. I bet Kathy has been making glass tubes longer than anyone else and she has never once put down another company for making their own. That's class.
Your right and thank you guys. I never, never meant to hurt anyone. I did make mistakes and now it's time to learn from them and move on.

You know it's been a long weekend and for Sunday night I'm sitting here enjoying a Bud Light and some Ripple Key Lime Pie..Corona on a budget
I think the new caps are cute. Kathy, are the new pink ones the same pink as the other pink caps I just got? Or are they a different shade of pink? Will the new top pawn caps adjust to different length tubes or just the 34mm tubes?
It looks like I'm glad once again that I'm out of most loops.........
