And I am already looking at getting a new toy :D

I just recently received my Volt which I love and satisfies my need for nicotine in every way and with the mega pcc I never have to worry about being without power.

But now I want a fun toy to play with at home. I know there are tons of different options but I was hoping you guys could help give me suggestions!

Personally I prefer cartomizers. Less fuss, less mess, no atty primer taste to clear out, just all around easier, so I would love a mod or something cool that can use all different cartomizers, whatever my vaping journey may bring me. I don't believe I have tried anything other than SR cartos but I'd love to delve into the world of LR and HR vaping and see what really works best for me.

So let me know what you guys think!

Variable Voltage Box Mod

Cheap, works great and is the perfect introduction to VV vaping. You will want a voltage meter if you don't have some other way of measuring the voltage since it's just a potentiometer. I've had mine for quite awhile now and it hasn't missed a beat. I'm a somewhat heavy vaper on the weekends and the batteries will last me almost the whole day. I typically run mine around 6.5v with a 3ohm Boge carto (I prefer higher wattage vaping).

Assuming I wasn't ready to make the jump to VV just yet, what 510 starter would be my best bet for LR vaping?

Ohh i thought u meant you had a Bolt, the 18650 mod, not Volt lol. In that case you should try out a Riva kit for about 30 bux, Liberty Flights has em. Then you can try out LR stuff and see how ya like it.

Mentionable: Not all attys come with primer. Cisco attys (disregarding the hh357 - it comes with some straight 50/50 vg/pg to keep the seal moist) come without primer. Ikenvapes also, I've heard.

That said... The VV box is a great suggestion if you want to use both HV and LR. You can get a 510 to 808 adapter so you could use your 808 stuff on the box and be able to use any or all of the 510 cartos out there... and there are many.

If I were you I'd dump the 510/Volt/Riva/Kgo/etc etc and go for a VV device, I tried the eGo, didn't do it for me, VV is just ... well the bees-knees, it's amazing, and will help you find what REALLY works for you.

With a standard device you are limited to finding what works for you by atty/cartos, you can LR, SR, or HR, that's about it, with no slight difference in between.

Vaping and voltages are different for everyone, being able to find your personal sweet spot is brilliant, and the easiest way to get there is a VV device.

If you are on a budget you can find Lavatube kits out there dirt cheap (less than $50-$60), start with some good cartos like Boge 3.0, or Kanger Horizontals and mess around till you find what you really like.

Started on an eGo-T kit, thought it was awesome, until my Lavatube arrived, I had NO idea what I was missing. I'm now UN-Patiently waiting for shipping notification on a Satin Black/Blue Provari... VV is just the way to go these days.
