I am new to this and a lot of people suggest steeping. Does that mean just letting the juice sit capped or uncapped?

I sometimes notice a little improvement in my flavors after a week or 2, but nothing major.

IMO, You should leave the juice capped at all times and in a dark place. Just like wine ages in the bottle, and cheese ages in the rind.

Leaving it open only allows it to pick up contaminants from the air and for the mix to evaporate and deteriorate. Also, light will decrease nic levels, since nicotine degrades in light. Happy vaping!

Oxygen causes flavoring to meld together. LEAVE THE CAP OFF FOR 24 HOURS and in a cool dark place out of sunlight. Sunlight is the worst for nicotine. Do not refrigerate it either. Condensation from refrigeration is a big contaminator to your juice. Majority of juices are made to order so they need steep time.

BWB needs at least 3 weeks to steep. FSUSA's takes about 2 weeks depending on the size of bottle that you purchase.
