...now registered and ready to get started! looking into getting my first kit. there is tons of information here and while a little overwhelming, still very helpful!!
are atomizers that much better than a cartomizer? i did like the idea of having a 2 piece design where i can change out the atomizer for a new one every so often. and it seems like cartomizers are a lot cheaper.
also wouldnt a manual have a chance of firing off with the button being accidentally pressed and held?
I've been vaping for about a month or so now, and it is still somewhat overwhelming with all the manufactures, suppliers and middle men; juices, attys, different batteries, starter kits, so on and so forth, I started with a V2 kit and was very satisfied, recently received a G6 kit from Halo Cigs here in New Jersey. I actually prefer them to the V2, the carts are made better and use better quality materials, the vapor gives a richer, thicker, more replicated feel of smoke IMHO. I get strong metallic tastes from some of the V2 carts within the first ten puffs and some get burnt tasting rather quickly as well. The G6 kit was also significantly cheaper than the V2 cigs and replacement batteries are $15 rather than $25 (showing that paying more for something doesn't always mean its a better product). I did order a Tornado eGo-C kit from Totally Wicked and hopefully that goes well, I've heard/read a lot of good about them. Theres a lot to learn in the field of e-cigs and the learning and exploring will never stop. Good luck to all in their vaping endeavors!
If you're looking for a kit that resembles a cigarette I really like the Halocigs G6 kit, it is a nice solid build, with a rubberized matte finish and comes in a variety of colors. They have their own line of juices that are mixed here in the USA and are of one of the highest qualities around. I recommend the Tribeca from them for anyone who likes tobacco flavors, its a very mellow rich tobacco base with a very subtle fruity undertone. I like to keep it in the USA with my vendors whenever possible so I will try as many of them as possible. Happy Hunting!
