No juice yet.. waiting on the mail

Every time I go outside at work today to have a cigarette, I take my e-cig with me, after having a cigarette, I take a couple of drags off the eGo-T ( nothing but unflavored VG in it ) for comparison.

The e-Gic is smoother, feels cleaner, I’m starting to think If I had proper juice in it, I might actually prefer it over an actual cigarette.

Good start. I vaped and smoked for about 3 months together. I just weened myself slowly of analogs. Once you get some juices and find ones you like, you will slowly be able to make the transition to preferring vaping. Don't be hard on yourself if you smoke longer than you anticipate. You will slowly smoke less. Don't be hard on yourself if you get to just vaping and toss in a few smokes later, vaping will still turn out to feel better, taste better, all the way around win out.

You are taking what i said way out of context. I said shampoo but i happen to have gassoline in my shampoo for my line of work.

I am not going to beat myself up, I have quit more times than you can imagine ( or perhaps not, maybe you too ) Im done beating myself up, I just want something that is as enjoyable.

Trouble is... I like smoking, which is why this has a chance to work, that other ways have not.

My tracker said the juice arrived in my local postal area at noon yesterday, not enough time to get to the mail carrier for the day, but easily in my mail box today.

I have waited for something like this for years beyond count, I can wait a few more hours.

With the help of Rosa, and Phreaker, and many many others here, I have tried very hard to do this right, to avoid the bad experiences others have had. Heck I tried the thing with nothing but VG just pulling it into my mouth and not inhaling for hours to just get the feel of it.

I want to do this right.

First flavor I am going to try is as close to what I smoke that I found on Blue Mist, probably the Robacco Menthol, if I dont like that... I will go with the Smooth... but I will find something.

I like the way you cut down, and if I end up doing that... I will still feel good about it, but first I am going to see if I can just replace smoking with this... either way.... I owe you folks a lot!

Yeah sounds good! Wait until you have some decent juice!

I tend to like around 70pg/30vg juices. Enough VG to tame the harshness and give some nice vapor. Find some flavors you like and you'll be all set! I found in the beginning I had to have tobacco flavors with good TH and an aroma that made me feel like I had smoked. One for me was Backwoods Brew Casablanca (not overly tobacco-y Turkish and cocoa blend but reminded me of my fave cigs) and FreedomSmokeUSA Desert Ship - a nutty slightly pungent Turkish blend that reminded me of a freshly opened pack - I would sometimes change it up with a bit of vanilla or chocolate or sweeten with a sweet caramel tobacco FSUSA oRYental 4.

I think it also helped that the emergency cigs I had around were not my faves. They were some harsher cigs I had been buying because my faves became unaffordable.
