I don't think you can do much more than let it dry. Normally you pull the battery(s) disassemble, rinse with distilled water, dry and put it back together. Hopefully is was a cheap clear light beer and not a dark IPA.
I just don't want it to explode in my face or something. :/ I figured it would be dangerous because it was alcohol that spilled on the battery....
I'm no scientist but I don't think beer will combust as it's alcohol content is to low. I'd say take it apart and rinse it all off.

I think your biggest issue won't be the ETOH, actually, but the stickiness of the yeast and sugars in beer. You did the right thing in removing the cartridge and letting it alone. I'd say wipe it down as best you can, and then either let it air dry if you are not living in a moist environment, or maybe even use a blowdryer on a low setting to make sure it's completely dry. The battery compartment should be sealed, so I'm doubtful that it's going to be a huge problem or blow up in your face, though that's never outside the realm of possibility. Is this a mod you can fire, or do you activate it by inhale only? I can't remember with the cartos as I don't use them. If you're able to fire the mod without having it near your face, I'd try that first. I am thinking that the worst that may happen is that your device is toast.
With that said, I am a random person on the internet, and I don't own your device. If you are truly hesitant about it, you could clean it up as best you can and bring it to a B&M with (hopefully) some knowledgeable employees who can take a look at it for you and note any warning signs. I simply say that because I understand your caution, and I too share it and I'd hate to recommend something definitively one way or another without knowing or seeing the device, KWIM?

I've spilled Natural Light on lots of mods, it's an easy cleanup. One time I spilled Old Milwaukee N/A (don't ask) and the sugar and crap shorted it out. So, @Coastal Cowboy , drying out is sometimes worse.
