Yup, still in primary. Tuesday will be a week fermenting, then after another week it'll be ready to bottle. 2 weeks after bottling it'll be ready to drink.

Nice...
Are you transferring it off the trub or just gonna rack it from the primary?

I'm guessing the only way to drink that "beer" is in shot glasses. drink a pint of that and you're gone.l

Yeah, Right!?! I love my high-octane beers but that one might be a bit over the top for me...
BTW... Starting the night off with a Sierra Nevada Celebration, It's perfect after a cheeseburger!
The hop bite cuts right through the greasiness of a medium-rare!

cool. I'm starting the night of with Old Dominion Brewery, Double D. As you would figure, it's a double hopped IPA.

I'll have to keep an eye out for that one! I've had the Oak Barrel Stout, I don't recall anything else.
The OBS was really good from what I can remember. That vanilla ester from the oak followed by a roasty black bitter coffee.

I had some of that a few weeks back... really nice. It's a Delaware beer and I'm in Delaware, so everything they offer is available at my local liquor store. I've strayed away from Dogfish Head the last month, but also, one of my favorites.

I'm just gonna rack it from the primary.

No beer for me tonight. Went to visit a local brewery, Revolver, this afternoon. Got to try their newest release, Sunspot. Excellent fruit beer, nice hit of mango on the nose. Will make a fantastic summer beer so I hope they bottle it at some point.

Im a big fan of unfiltered wheat beers :D

What's your favorite? I'm pretty partial to Franziskaner in the summer... Weihenstephaner Hefeweizen is world-class that I can enjoy just about anytime.

This thread kinda died off lately... what is the status of Prophet's homebrew?

Anyone having one tonight? I'm enjoying a Wild Devil ale from Victory Brewing Co. at the moment, vaping NET.com's Coventry in the Reo/RM2 0.8ohm Micro-coil, Rayon wick.
The vanilla-Cavendish tobacco pairs amazingly with the Hoppy-Tartness of the W-Devil.

Uncle-P, you made my mouth water seeing that photo......:toast:

I'll tell you what, I never would have thought a hop-bomb like Hop Devil would taste good brewed with Brettanomyces, but damn... this is a mighty fine wild ale!
Coventry with it's sweet vanilla and a slightly smoky cavendish and wow! :vapor:
