saw a youtube video of making e-juice from scratch. the nicotine juice,flavoring and pg base came from totally wicked. what i want to know is where do you get the other supplies, such as the syringe to mix the concoction in and the small eyedropper bottles and stuff.
also when i mix how do i know what proportions of nicotine juice to pg base to flavoring to make. can someone give me a guide to this?
