ok so i just had my first try with it, and it didnt feel like there was much vapour, and i didnt feel that hit at the back of my throat... is this just the brand? or how it is at first?

help?

I bought the SS No. 7 Micro kit and am returning it. It's awful. Little to no vapor, no taste, shoddy workmanship. ACK! Do NOT buy this product. I'm glad you got the disposable ones first.

I would recommend the Joye 510 as it's a very common ecig on the market. I hear nothing but good remarks about it. I just ordered one through thehouseofvapor.com. It should ship out tomorrow. I'm excited!

Plus the cost of the SS No. 7 is more than twice the price of the joye 510. All of the SS accessories are super expensive. Not so for the Joye 510.

I hope you continue your trek into e-cigarettes. Don't let this one product let you down. ;-)

I got ahold of two 11mg Vapor4Life cartomizers and three blanks.

The two 11mg cartomizers were White Chocolate Strawberry, and Caramel.
Both tasted like perfume with overtones of flavor, somewhat similar to the labeled flavor.

I tried them both on my 510 manual batteries.
The vapor using my 510 manual batteries was miminal, and not satisfying.

I tried them both on my Chuck at 3.7 volts.
The vapor using the Chuck at 3.7 volts was decent, almost as much as my normal 510s.
I could have been reasonably happy with this option.

I tried them both on my Chuck at 6 Volts.
The vapor at 6 volts was good, about the same as my 510 atomizers on my 3.7V Chuck.
But the juice tasted a little burnt.

Conclusion: Much less vapor from a cartomizer than from a 510 atomizer

As for the blanks, and filling them up with my own juice to try this all over again?
My motivation level has not spiked high enough yet.
:)

That mirrors my conclusions with a few digit difference. Cartos on the 5V = good vapor, but the 510 on the Bartleby/Protege 3.7v does better. Cartos on the 3.7v, vapor 'ok' except cafe mocha frap. and cognac is 901 type vapor - v. good flavor-ymmv. Caramel not my most favorite and yes the non-tobacco flavors with a few exceptions have the 'dekang perfume' but not like straight dekang and the V4L cartos don't have the more offputting underflavor of the other kinds. (not talking 'perfume' there - worse).

Blanks from heaven gifts - no 'added' flavors - 3 hours vaping on good VG juice from Decadent Vapors - not quite as tasty as on a 510 but it'll get me by when I'm in the situation....driving, basically.
