The above post is right. You might consider getting a unit with a bit more power behind it to run a RBA optimum. I also think kayfun like is a excellent beginning build. The kayfun gives off great vapor and absolutely wonderful flavor!! I'm not exactly sure how well it will perform with only 11 watts of power. Although kayfun does not do well at high wattage like 30 to 50 or more watts in my opinion as with almost all rebuildables it performs well at around 15.7 or above watts. You are going to run into this issue with almost all rebuildable atomizers. They need some power behind them to run at optimum performance. I really hope this is helpful. I mean you can try the builds at 11 watts but I am almost certain you won't get the results your after because they need more power to perform as they are designed to. But kayfun is a excellent starting place. With a bit more power behind her.

I would absolutely recommend a kayfun... You just can't go wrong... and honestly with a good micro-coil and cotton/rayon wicking you can run at 10-11 watts and get a fantastic vape out of it... Yes, if I'm home and don't care I run mine as high as 25 watts... Much more than that and even with excellent wicking a single coil just can't get the juice flow it needs to stay ahead... but when i'm out and about and don't want to carry a juice bottle with me (cause it'll eat up the juice fast with high wattage) I'll cut mine back to about 12 watts... Still get an excellent semi-warm vape with lots of vapor, but doesn't chew through the juice quite a fast... And still very satisfying... The point is though, not only is it an excellent RTA, but it'll also grow with you... If you eventually get into higher wattage devices you can take it right along for the ride... I still use my kayfuns on a daily basis!

A clone is far better as your first. Some people get frustrated when a RBA doesn't work perfectly and give up. Better to not use a $20 clone than a $100 authentic.

I have seen very little in the way of wicking comments. I think it is fairly easy to get a coil built, 2 or 3 tries the first time, but wicking can be a challenge. Too little and you get dry hits, too much and you get dry hits, do you have enough to stop leaking, do you have too much for a good juice flow, everything was perfect and then I rewicked and it went to h..l.

What do I use for wicking? Is organic cotton the best, what about boiling it, I've heard something about Japanese, no rayon is the best, I use good old fashioned sillica, etc.

If you don't like to tinker stick with prebuilt. Kanger is coming out with one, the turbo, that takes 2 heads. That will give you quad coils at .4 ohms and you just screw it in.
