Welcome to ECF! What kind of starter kit did you get? Is it the kind that looks like a cigarette?

You may want to check out the eGo type batteries, they're about the size of a marker, and they offer longer running times, more power, and a wider range of options for atomizers that you can attach. Or you could go all in and get a larger power source like a built in battery MVP, or one with changeable batteries like a VAMO, SVD, Provari. It all depends on what you're looking for and what you're looking to spend.

The ego batteries and a clearomizer like a nautilus are pretty good and about as simple as it gets.

It looked more like a cheap knock off of an ego battery and some clearomizer, anyway I'll look into what you said, what about their vapor production though ?

Hello and Welcome I am fairly new myself and did allot of reading In a few days when I made the decision to start vaping. Went to my B&M Vape Shop and picked up the Vision Spinner ll Topped with Aspire Nautilus tank and have been really happy.

Thanks a lot, do you mind if I ask how much you smoked before and what brand ?

Agree with Lessifer 100%. Ego battery and a Nautilus mini got me on the right path in the beginning. Nautilus was the critical element for sure, great flavor and very good vapour production for a clearomizer style tank.

It would lose vape flavor when the coil wears down, and also when wattage decreases imho. Run it on a regulated device like a Vaporshark and its a consistent wattage, much longer lasting flavor and vapour production.

whats this i keep hearing about the nautilus mini losing vape flavor?

Hello, I'm new to gaping. I recently received a coupon for a vise and tried it. It has great vapors. The problem is it had a little bit of a chemical taste compared to others that I had tried of my friends. I used it about four Times and the filter started coming loose from the rest of the United. Is this a normal thing to happen? I hope not I enjoy the ease of vapors.

marbar try a 1300mAh vision spinner (bout 27 bucks) and aspire nautilus mini with bottom vertical coil (bout 30 bucks) and buy eliquid from somewhere you can try before you buy. The nautilus mini coils (atomizers) should last you at least a couple weeks each, and they run about $3 each. The spinner battery should last you a few months, at least. Higher upfront cost, but you save a lot over time..

If size is not a concern, get the Innokin itaste MVP2 box mod (power source). It's $20-25 more than a spinner battery but is easier to recharge and will last you longer and has much longer battery life. Check out the forums about MVP2

If you're goin down to Charlotte, check out madvapes near Hwy 24 and Statesville Rd, (close to I-77) and they will set you up right

If you mean the cartridge is separating from the battery, you can just push them back together. The cartridge will run dry eventually and will need to be replaced. I'm not a fan of the vuse, bad taste and mediocre vape. Also, they're expensive.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Glad to have you here!:)

If you are looking for an upgraded setup here are some possible options for you to consider:

1. JoyeTech Ego-C Twist
2. Vision Spinner
3. Innokin iTaste vv v3
4. Innokin iTaste MVP v2

The first 3 are fall into the "ego style" category of battery (with variable voltage). They range in size from 600mah to 1300mah. The higher the mah the longer the battery will last between charging. The 4th one is a step up from an "ego style" battery in that it is a smaller box mod with a very big battery (2600mah). It will last many vapers a whole day before it needs recharging. It is probably one of the most popular batteries for someone upgrading from an "ego style" battery. Some vapers choose to buy one "ego style" battery as a backup and also purchase the MVP for their main battery.

If you are going to buy an Ego type battery online, I suggest buying from reputable e-cig vendors such as AltSmoke, Discount Vapors, My Vapor Store, etc. Buy only name brand Joyetech Twist or Vision Spinner ego batteries. BTW, "ego" is merely a type of battery, not a brand name. Buying "generic" ego batteries is always going to be hit or miss...mostly miss.

You will need to purchase a tank (the juice attachment) with the first three on the above list (unless you get a kit). The mini Nautillus, mini Aerotank or regular size Aerotank (all made of glass & all have adjustable airflow control) are very popular. The MVP Kit comes with a tank but it is not glass.
