A few weeks ago, I took advantage of a great sale at Gourmet Vapor and ordered four 30 ml bottles of e-liquid. They stated in advance that the besiege of orders would cause some delay in delivery. Well there was very little delay in receipt, but I only received three of the bottles. Hey, mistakes happen, especially when processing unprecedented numbers of orders.
I called them and the woman who answered the phone was courteous and apologetic and promised to send out the missing bottle. I received it about three days later, but not the 30 ml I ordered. Instead 60 ml ... plus a 30 ml bottle of another juice!
I was pleased, but not shocked, by that extra bottle (although I expected more like 5-10 ml). It's what a good supplier would do under the circumstances. But also doubling the quantity of the juice I ordered wow!
BTW, the quality of Gourmet Vapor's e-liquid is excellent!
