My first order was in response to a hard to resit 50% off sale. I ordered about 6 bottles of different tobacco flavors and every single one of them was fantastic. The flavors were full, but very smooth. They are as good if not better than any other liquids I've tried. My husband agrees, and we will continue to purchase from them. Well worth the money even at full price.
Now, as for the customer service: when my first order was delayed I was mailed 3 free bottles of e-liquid. Cindy was prompt and courteous in her transactions with me and I had full confidence that I would be satisfied with my order. I love that they emailed me to alert me of another great sale which I of course took advantage of. My mom is getting some procedures related to cancer treatment and needs to be off of all nicotine (even patches and gum) to improve her chances of a speedy healing process. I ordered her 0mg nicotine and asked if they would send it as quickly as possible, even offering to pay for separate shipping while waiting for the rest of my order to be filled. Cindy sent it to me by Priority shipping and got it in the mail the next morning, never charging me out of appreciation for my past business. That really added a personal touch that meant a lot as I was trying to do something positive for a loved one in need. I love knowing that a business is being run by compassionate people and I want people like that to be the ones who get rich.
