I know this is going to be seen as whinging but here goes...
You don't only have buyers from the US, Ben, there are loyal fans all over the globe including Australia. I have organised freight forwarding with a US company so that is not the concern here.
The concern is, I am trying to put through an order for 4 AussieVapers forum members and have not had any luck being online at the right time because its midnight - 8am when you may "possibly" be open, this is the time we sleep. Its especially hard when most of us work during the day so going without sleep with the "hope" the site will open isn't really possible.
Now, with saying that, I'm more than happy to forgo sleep IF we knew you would open on a specific day.
I understand the reason for not giving a specific time but can you please advise if you will be opening on a specific day so I can stay online overnight to get an order through? Many Aussie vapers would be appreciative of this kindness and I'm sure thats why you are in this business, to make people happy. And some money on the side
