I don't have a mini, but I do have 3 full size (had a 4th, but sold it). Safety, Safety, Safety ! Provari is all over that aspect. That and it's super tough. It'll take a licking and keep on ticking, so to speak. I have to assume you know the other good features. But I'll also add that the battery last me all day and into the night, but that is 18490, which is a little bigger the for a mini. It's not too heavy, not too light. You push the button and it fires. EVERY time!

I have a very high respect for Provari. Just one persons perspective.

If I could have only one device, it would be my Provari. I know it will work as designed, no fuss, no bother. And if something does happen to it, like it gets run over by a lawnmower (they have survived with no problems being run over by a car, drowned, baled in hay, falling out of a backpack from a moving motorcycle, etc), Provape will fix it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXI64NKQro4 was the video (well, the first half) that convinced me.

I bought my full sized Provari from the classifieds here. It was 6 months old than and has been my all day every day mod for the past 2 years. In that time it has performed flawlessly and consistently EVERY single time without a single issue despite dropping it hundreds of times and even being knocked out of my hand during a side impact collision where it flew 100 feet onto pavement.

Despite a few scratches it fired right up and BOY did I need it then.

I cant think of a better endorsement than that.

Just got a used full size V2 yesterday and Im loving it so far, definitely high quality. You can also get a mini blem for $130 from Provape, from what Ive read its hard to even find the blemish on them, but I have no first hand experience.

I forgot to mention that my mini is a blem, you can find them on the clearance section on Provape. I can't seem to find the blemish yet. I heard it might be a shade off in color, and that's cool with me.

I am looking in to buying a ProVari Mini and before I drop $180 I would like to hear from some people on why they think this is such a good device.

Durable, reliable, accurate, consistant, can be repaired for a reasonable cost if necessary.
The mini is tiny, the only negative IMO is the short battery life of 18350 batteries.

Blemished minis start at $130.

I have a blem and have no clue what the blem is. Didn't put it under a microscope when I got it, but I did put my old man glasses on. Nope, no blem. According to some who also have a SS (mine is a full sized SS) it's a bit less polished. I could care less. Part of why I got a blem was so if I dropped it I wouldn't cry.

Haven't dropped it yet, but I have tossed it in my backpack, my pocket, the cup holder in my car, etc, etc. Nope, no scratches. My vv3 and MVP2 are already marked up, and the MVP2 is only a couple of weeks old. (The vv3 and Provari are a couple of months old now)

Why Provari?

I have both a mini and standard size. I prefer the greater portability of the mini, but love both.

I got my first Provari about 3 weeks ago. Within a week, I got my 2nd Provari and sold off or gave away everything else I had. Once you've used one, you'll get it. They're REALLY well made. They're made in the US, which I'm very proud of. They come with an unbeatable warranty. And the best thing is how they regulate voltage from a battery. Most PV devices work great when the battery is fully charged, but diminish in performance as the battery drains. Not a Provari. Nope, they draw current from a battery differently and no matter what's left on the battery, they vaporize exactly the same all day long.

Absolutely love my Provari mini - so much so that I bought one for my fiancé and a second one for myself :D It's such a solid, reliable, and durable device. I love my mechs for dripping at home, and sometimes steal my brother's ZNA to use around the house, but my Provari (and soon to be my TWO provaris) is the device I take with me all of the time when I leave home.

I rock the extended cap on my black/red and take an extra battery with me to last all day. When my second one gets here, I'll just take both - Two flavors, and all day use! My fiancé doesn't vape as much so she gets by on just the normal 18350 during the day.

I went from an EVOD straight to a Provari mini. All of this within a week of starting vaping. I wish I'd just gone straight for the mini but I'm glad I got the EVOD kit because I gave the second one to my boyfriend which helped him stop smoking. I'm thinking of surprising him with his own mini but he says he likes how slim the EVOD is. Go figure.

I bought a Provari because it's well made and highly regarded. I watched a video of the Provape tour and was sold once I saw the people who made them and the process that goes into making them. I was really impressed. I'm not an advanced vaper and don't know how to rebuild. Even though I'm pretty sure I could and want to rebuild my boyfriend coils for him in the future. I just like that my mini works solid every time. I like that I can change the voltage depending on the carto that I have and that I can check the ohms of my carto to make sure I'm at the right voltage. Most of all I just like it because it works when I need it to and it works well. It's been worth every penny. I'm sure there are better devices out there for other people but this one is right for me.

It's reliable. It just plain works. The mini has a surprising heft, but is still comfortable in my hand. Definitely get the extension cap when you order so it will be a perfect color match. Speaking of color...they also come in some great colors. That zenkote is really tough.
I also like the tear drop design on the mini better than the crop circle lines of the full size. I do have both a mini and full size, I didn't realize how mini really was until I got the bigger one!
I am not sure what you are looking at for a topper, a standard carto tank looks good and works well. I like my kayfun on it as well, but it does feel a little top heavy on the mini compared to the big one.
Hope that helped, but in case you want a little more info please read this: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/baditude/5569-13-why-provari.html

I have the mini. If I had it do over, I would have ordered the full size at the same price. The mini is indeed small, but it's also quite hefty. To heavy to carry in a shirt pocket so might as well get the full size with extension cap and use the 18650

I second this post.

I bought a mini with extension cap and then bought a full sized from the classifieds here. I much prefer the full sized model.
