Bent battery should I be worried? *Pic*

I have a new eGo battery that I somehow bent, I have no idea how this happened as it's been on my desk all night. But it's making me nervous and i'm wondering if I should keep using it? here a pic
what should i do?

I have many of these batteries, after reading your post I tried pretty darn hard to bend them, could not! For safety, please contact your supplier before using and check your warranty.

Yes PLEASE contact the supplier.. that looks like you partially pulled out that the battery/connection cap from the battery assembly... Like Snap said, that is pretty hard to do so I would venture to say that battery should not be used.
