Good morning all. Hope everyone up along the Northern part of the state are fairing well with our early visit by TS Beryl. He brought almost nothing to the central region yesterday. Just a little bit of rain that I didn't even notice.

Hi folks!! Actually, even here in Jacksonville, it was more hype than substance...we live 10 miles from JAX beach, so we weren't subject to storm surge or flooding, but DH has an office 1 block from the beach..he says that some trees are down, some noticeable beach erosion...but because Beryl remained a tropical storm, never developed into hurricane, we came out of it all with luck on our side...I'm concerned that we have has 2 named storms before first day of Season...

Yeah, all we saw in Orlando was some increased wind and rain. But to be honest, we do need the rain.
