Best 18650 mod?

I like the look's of the Sabre but I wear gloves a lot (winter,motercycle,ect) and it will not work Unless I tape a piece of aluminum foil to my glove I am not sure if the kevlar in my riding gloves will set it off. That is why I like the GG it is all mechanical,but I am broke now

Plus the UNCOOL factor of having a piece of tinfoil attached to your glove.

I will have to disagree...What one thinks is "best", another may not. mods, much like juices, are subject to taste. Folks would have to determine which features fit them best, such as connector type, size, whether it is juice-fed, the swtich, and the likes. What is best for one, may not be best for another. I have never tried a precious, so cannot comment on it's merits. I have only one mod, and I researched for weeks before buying it.

I have both versions of the Saber Touch...the 5v regulated and the 3.7/6v switchable. the 3.7 uses an 18650 battery.

Are those garden hose connectors on the ends of the mod? If so, what kind of pipe is that?

A couple of mentions: The silver bullet came up a couple of times and is a fine mod. If you're in to big shiny mods like that, there is one bigger and just as shiny. The 3.7v version of the Kalamazoo Triple-V is among the nicest tube mods for sure.

The magalodon from electronicstix is another really nice tube mod that can take 18650s - and it is versatile in more than one way in its ability to use a bunch of different battery configurations as well as being taken down to a size that handles 18350s or 16340s.

If you want to save a few bucks and still have a great performing and very durable 18650 tube, the Maxi Rough Stacks from madvapes are worth a close look. I own a couple of them and they are my most used mods. The Maxi Rough Stack is the smallest, lightest 18650 tube mod that I know of (and I would be surprised if a smaller one ever comes out - they utilize the small space very well). Mine have proven to be durable and reliable.

If it hasn't been mentioned yet, than I would like to include the REO Grand. It's a great investment since it will last a lifetime. Also, this mod isn't limited to 18650's but can also use 4.8V Nimh batteries, and well as CR123's. Which allows you to go 3.7, 5, and 6V.

Well there's also the Galileo out there that can run in different configurations. I'm not sure I'd call it the best but, I think the best value would be the maxi roughstack.

Reo grand for sure. I think it's the best made mod there is. They will be on sale at reosmods.com on Friday, the 14th at 7pm. Check it out. Rob is also in the suppliers forum under Reosmods, near the bottom. Can't go wrong, in my opinion.

With two 18650's and a T/6 switching regulater this should go almost a week without recharging.
But I suppose in another month or so Mamu will come up with something that we like even more.
