Hi!

I need a new setup and lost in what to get. I am looking at a Kanger Aerotank V2, Aspire nautilus, joyetech eMode (or Delta)... Any other suggestions?

I was using an Aspire BDC ET-S setup last year and gave up with it due to leaking and bad atomizers. I am using Kanger MiniProTanks at the moment and am not happy with the atomizer life span. So basically really hesitating what to get...

Also what battery/mod to get with it? have been looking at the Kanger Ipow 2, or maybe a small mod like a Zmax Mini, any suggestions? What's your favorite 3ml+ setup?

Thanks

I'm pretty fond of my MVP 3 + Subtank Mini setup. Holds 4.5 ml of juice. You could also go with a Subtank Nano if you like the look/features of the Ipow 2. You don't have to sub ohm with it either since there are 1.2 ohm coils.

Drip tip was bought separate from Fasttech.

Welcome dms :)

Do you want to build your own coils, or are you o.k. with stock coils? I have 3 Nanos, and I love the easy-to-use OCC heads. I also have learned to rebuild them, to extend their lives as well as to save some money. I also use a number of Kanger PT2s (use the same coils as the Mini PT2). I haven't purchased a coil (other than the ones that came with my new tanks) since last May.

I like the size of the PT2 and the Nano - about 2.5-3mL. Not a ginormous tank - I do have a couple of kayfuns and a couple of full-sized Nautiluses. Those are just too big - too much for me.

I like the iStick 50 and the 30 I just picked up within the last two weeks. Have an iPV Mini and Mini2 - they're both nice as well. All box mods, of course. You sound like you're in favor of a tube mod? Hard to say what's the best. Just because it works for me doesn't mean it will work for you. But, I use the iPVs and the iSticks almost exclusively now with the PT2s or the Nanos....

Good luck in your hunt :)

Its now coming on 2 years and my wife and I still happily vape our protanks. She has not vaped any other tank other than a protank but I have gone into the kayfuns and liking them also. I also rebuild so I don't use a factory coil and we've both have had a great vape experience. You can very easily DIY those PT heads to perform better even using the stock coil wraps, but remove the silica and replace with cotton.
The Istick50 is a great unit since I haven't had the need to go past 30 watts and its doing the job. I got a squadron of mechs and mods and use my IPV2 and Istick50 the most.

The Anyvape Cerotank is primarily sold in Europe but is currently available on ebay. It has 2 methods of air adjustment. The airflow can be adjusted with rotating holes and/or a small screw. This allows you to totally customize the amount of air intake.

I highly recommend the Eleaf iStick 30w. Due to the Chinese New Year, when the entire county is on holiday for 10 days, the 30w is out of stock almost everywhere. New stock should begin to arrive later this week. Just noticed Sweet-Vapes (very reliable) will have the 30w in later today.
