It has been a long while since I have been on here. After 5 years of being off cigs, I have gone back to smoking, not cigs but black and mild cigars. It happened when I mistakingly ordered non-nic base. I was ordering my supplies from Vices,Drussilla. After they passed the ID check, she closed. Mt.Baker has discontinued their DIY. I am looking for a shop that allows me to pick my VG-PG % and Nic % I do not want to mix more than my base and flavouring, yes I am old. I would like an honest shop. Thank you.

Adding flavor to an unflavored mix isn't a bad way to create flavors when you want them. There's going to be steeping time for some, but others will be vapable right away.

What's your pg/vg/nic base of choice? Some online vendors have several choices, but it's going to be limited by most to a few choices of mix and strength.

EcigExpress has the most nic strength choices I've seen, but the mix choice is 70vg/30pg, 50/50, 100%pg, or 100% vg. You can get 120ml of 18mg base for $6.49 or a liter for $34.00. That's not a bad price.
