Best battery for 510 thread Dual Coil Clearomizer

Using an Aspire Mini clearomizer dual coil tank on en eGo Twist. Is there a better battery option than the Twist. Also, the ohm.voltage chart floating around says to keep it at 3.8 volts with the 1.8 ohm coil. I like the eGo size so not interested in anything fatter.
