Best battery for a Bolt

I just got a Smoktech Bolt and am not sure which batt would be best to put in it. I have 4 18650 IMRs I use in my VV/VW mods, but am not sure which batt to get for safety and vapor production purposes.

I didn't buy it; i got it via PIF. I either use a Protank II, Protank 3, or the Squid rda that was also PIF'd.

Safety will be a combination of different factors. What is your topper? An RBA? Sub-ohm? What are your IMR batteries?

Just match the continous amp output of the battery to the amp draw on the atomizer/topper. Make sure that the amp draw from the atomizer/topper is no more than 2/3 the max continous amp output of the battery and you should be safe.

The Smoktech Bolt takes an 18650 battery. You should always use a high-drain, safe-chemistry IMR or hybrid battery:

I recommend buying batteries from a trusted battery vendor like RTD Vapor or Orbtronics.

Here's the link to the Bolt.

The standard bolt (linked) is an 18500 device, the extender ring will allow use of a kick with the 18500 or a single 18650.
The Bolt is NOT a mech, it has a tiny wire that connects all the bits in the top cap. (The bottom spring is the first point of failure and the button is number 2.)
The bolt HATES to have any devices attached tightly!!!! Snug or loose snug is the best for a BOLT. ( no, the gap will NEVER go away).

It is a decent device, but IMHO, transitional.
