I bought a AA size box case with switch that houses 2 AA batteries. I would like to know what is the best type of AA size Li-ion battery would fit in it.

Thanks nicowolf for the NicoStick idea. In stead of an AA battery box, I used an Altoids Tin and made one with the 16340 battery.

Cool, I have an altoids tin sitting here, I'll show ya mine if you show me yours. Err, that didn't come out the way I meant it.
I would not reccomend one from radioshack. Way too expesive and probably wont work.
I'm glad I ordered the right battery size. I did order the 14500. I hope it will last longer. Currently, I am using a mini magnum mode with a 3.7V 1000mah CR123A battery. It only lasts me 3 hours of continuous vaping. I hope the 14500 will last longer.

To those using the 14500 battery with a manual PV mod, how long does it last for you?
The 14500s from DX are rated at 900mAh. I won't expect them to last any longer than what you are using now. However, they do fit nicely in the AA box (also in the Altoids tin). Other than the Altoids tin, I also used a magnum mod at home with a 18650 battery rated at 2400mAh, that lasts about 2 days.

Single battery mods are lasting us around 2 days. A triple lasted 3½ days on the initial charge . Looks like it's gonna go further on the second charge. 3+ days and I still have 3.83v.
Is this battery OK for a replacement of the Ultrafire 14500?
