Id say go with the V3 or if you dont want to deal with external batteries the Ego V2- Mega [passthrough and lightweight] is pretty sweet it doesnt read ohms though. Thats what I have used for the last year and the V2- Mega is still going strong. I just keep it plugged into a charger in my truck passthrough mode for road vapin*

All three Panasonic 18650's from fasttech last a very long time. The gray ones and the two green ones. You would be hard pressed to go through two in a day with any of them.

If you really want to vape a long time between charges, The MVP will take you through two days and into the third. Its a great bang for the buck at 47.00 at Fasttech. You don't have to buy batteries or charger.

I prefer the SVD just because the way it feels in my hand and it looks great too.

I will be getting my Provari tomorrow. The only reason I ordered it is because I really cant understand how it could possibly better than my SVD, but after discussing with many veterans here, I just have to find out for myself.

Congrats on the addition to your collection. Hope you love it!
The SVD is my first, I think I'm good for a little while - thinking about a cool custom wood stand though.
Of course, I'm designing it to hold the SVD. And a Vamo. And one more just for luck. LOL.

I'm planning on picking up 2 of these. Right now i have my ohm at .5 and using a AW IMR 18650. I don't chain vape with it right now as it gets warm quick. I'm still a newb too.

I just ordered some, hopefully they'll be here next week..... These were recommended to me by a good friend that's been into vaping for awhile........... I don't build real low sub-ohms I like to keep it between .6 to 1.0, anything lower just gets to hot very fast as you stated and IMO you do lose some flavor........

Beware of the vamo v3 stainless from fasttech. Just got mine a couple of days ago and there are definite threading problems. The unit itself runs great but these threading issues are pissing me off and not worth sending it back for the 37 bills i paid for it. My protank fits but is wobbly when attaching it and seems like it will be stripped soon. iclear 16 won't fit at all. Any suggestions?
