Best cart for throat hit?

Can anything beat the Smoktech / ego mega dual coil? These seem to be the best for me

A couple things can give better throat hit (TH), the cartomizer is one, but you also have the nicotine, the voltage, and sometimes you can add some whole grain alcohol to the mix to give some TH. It's all on what you feel comfortable with

Dual coils are pretty stellar when it comes to TH, but you could try the lower resistance dual coils (1.25 Ohms). That will provide more TH, but on an eGo, maybe changing your juice is the better option when it comes to TH.

The degree of TH that a vaper gets is entirely subjective - YMMV, and all that - but the following can have a significant effect.

* PG heavy liquids - more PG = more throat hit and more flavor (but less vapor).
* Wattage - using a low-resistance coil at 3.7V will increase the heat-output of the coil - but carries a higher risk of burning the juice and/or wicking material.
* Coil surface area - dual coils have twice the heating area of single coils and heat a larger area of juice-soaked carto filler. However, a single coil at a higher resistance and higher voltage can heat the carto more slowly, seeming to produce a 'better' vape.

But, in the end, if the Smoktek DCC's work well for you and you like them then they are doing a good job!
