I ordered a couple of boxes of Boge LRs (1.6-1.7 ohms) from here. They work nicely on my eGo (3.3v) batteries, resulting in 6.4-6.8w, which is sufficient for good flavor and throat hit from most juices. I've set up four tanks with these with juices ranging from 50/50 to 100% VG and these cartos wick them all perfectly; no flooding, no dry hits. Definitely a thumbs up so far. Juices taste almost exactly like they do when dripped onto a bridgeless atomizer.

I'm not a fan of the Boge (F16) tanks, however; it's difficult to push the carto to the side when filling the tank, which has resulted in my accidentally pouring juice straight into the cartomizer a couple of times. I prefer the smoketech tanks.

Boge are good, but to say they are the best is very subjective. I personally have had very good luck with Smoktech from litecigs usa. They are cheap enough where you should buy a couple different brands and decide which 1 best fits your liking. Unless you're using a higher voltage device ( variable voltage mod) I would use a 1.8 ohm carto because it will give you better pay per production and a stronger throat hit on a standard 3.7 volt device ( such as an ego)

Ok, LR allows higher temp and supposedly more vapor. But because of less resistance it allows more current to pass through the coil draining your battery faster and making the carto/atty not last as long as SR because of the higher temp. Could damage an ego type battery I guess but I've used LR on my ego with no problems. I like SR for my Vamo though. Just vapes better for me.

My friend told me about surevapes and I love them. Glad you dig them too!

Right now I'm using Ikenvape mega fusion xl both prepunched ( two laser drilled holes) and non punched ( punch them myself) w/ Ibtanks and Phiniacs. Great draw , super clean flavor and tons of vapor. Beware though these cartos are VERY dense. Might take you quite a bit longer to prime. Plus they are flanged so you can not fill them condom method. Once you get them primed right they are great. :)

It really does depend. I used to like Boge, but that was back in 2010 and the first half of 2011. Since then I've been 100% Ikenvape for cartos, but they aren't for everyone. His 801 fusion standard length has dense filling, tight draw, excellent consistency/QC, I ended up going with a dedicated 801 topcap so I could use them without an adapter. The 510 platinum is very nice for native 510 connections, again I've had consistent performance. I haven't tried the 510 fusion, or the megas, because I've been happy with the ones I mentioned. I do punch my own cartos (My tank has fairly slim endcaps, and I like the punches to end up just above them), though I'm confident that Ikenvape Punch versions would be solid.

LR, as others noted, is primarily for use on "fat battery" egos/rivas (> 650 mAh typically), or single battery unregulated mods (ones that take a single cylindrical battery, with separate battery charger).

Generally stick with a flanged carto if your tank seems to be made for it. Ikenvape 510 fusion, for instance, is flanged.

For Vamo, a VV/VW, your best performance would likely be with a single coil carto up in the 2 - 2.5 ohm zone. I don't own a Vamo, but classically LR just sucks down the batteries in VV, and in some VV there are current limits which would limit the usable power range.

Whatever you choose, I suggest sticking to name brands. I got some knock offs that turned out to be weird CE2/tank cartomizer Frankencartos.

One note, not all fusions are actually Ikenvape fusions. There's also a Boge fusion (one of the popular reviewers did a review which caused some confusion, he posted an update/clarification). No idea how good or bad the Boge fusion is, though I believe it is also flanged.

If you do get a fusion, if it is called an 801 fusion you would need a 510/801 adapter, most likely. 801 is a different connector.

I've got a IBTanked 19mm XL on the way, will the ikenvape mega fusion xl work with it? I ordered a 5 pack of boge XXL to try looking for others to try and I hear ikenvape is good.
