Best cartomizer for P+ 18650 and tank

I'm looking for a 1.25 Ohm 510 carto that will fit the P+ 18650. I need a punched XL carto to fit my BDV Who's Your Daddy tank. Any suggestions welcomed, just must fit P+ 18650.

EDIT: The flanged cartos like SmokeTec don't fit the Precise do they?

The BDV Who's Your Daddy tank I have takes the XL style carto because of its length. The only punched 1.25 Ohm I found were SmokeTec, and they have a flange. If I recall correctly, someone said the flanged ones don't fit the P+.

You are correct, the recessed connection on the P+ doesn't allow for the flange. I use the BDV Lil Mama and short WYD tanks and really like the standard 1.5 ohm DCC that BDV sells. I know they're not 1.25 ohm but they last a good while and seem decently priced. I punch my own but they've got pre-punched too. I've also read of people removing the flange from cartos but that sounds like a pain. Punching your own is really simple though with the right tool.
