Best charger for the twist?

I'm having trouble with having the batt not charging fully. I put it on the charger, it turns green within a few hours but then the darn thing only lasts a for maybe an hour or so and this is not heavy usage. I'm thinking it's the charger. Any thoughts?

Did it come with a charger or did you buy that separately? What are you using? It should be the one that screws on to the head of the twist and has the usb "tail" Even if you have a 650mah twist it should be lasting more than an hour or two.
