Best charger under 40$

I would recommend just spending that entire $40 on a xtar VP1. it's the best charger.

The charger will be the constant, between different mods, different attys, different batteries the one thing that will be used throughout is your charger. It is also plugged into a strong electrical current (your wall)... why take a chance with it?

The xtar VP1 is great especially if you're only looking to charge 18650 and under. It has overcharge protection and it supposedly can restart batteries that have been discharged too far. I haven't needed to test that feature yet... A great easy to interpret display.. If you're wanting to get into 26650's they have the vp2

and the LCD screen is badass.
you know exactly what's going on, easy to read.
