The i4 by Nitecore. It's awesome, and automatically stops feeding power when the charge is complete so it doesn't matter how long you leave you batteries on there. Got mine for $14.99 on sale but now they are back up to like $17.86 or so. Still well within your budget though.

You dont buy charger every day so why not invest in new D4 rather than i4? I would instantly! It has some extra functions for different li-ion batteries and it shows estimated charging time :) Its definitely better than i4 which i still one of the best.
Read higher up, I stated a good reason why.
You'll die a little inside if that LCD goes out.

LOVE my nitecore i4...initially used for efest 18650's and 18350's, just got some sony vtc5's and it gets the job done with those too (granted these take what seems like a lifetime to charge).

picked mine up on Amazon for under $20 ( I would post the link but this is my second post ever after lurking forever and I am not allowed link privileges yet).

Haha i saw that, but why would you assume that the lcd is going to break or stop working? Makes no sense :) if you dont know the people who had troubles with non working lcds on their chargers?!
Of course it makes sense. Do you want a false mech, like a bolt...no. More things to break.
What possible, beneficial info could you gain, sitting there staring at a friggen LCD, as opposed to the 3 lights on the i4.

People will buy the newest anything though.
