Hey guys,

I was in love with my ego-c twist and CE4 cartomizer, but now I'm onto my second CE4 in as many days and this one is now giving a burnt taste.

The tastyvapor juice I have is Ultimate vanilla and it seems that no matter how I empty the tank and put new juice in there, it vapes good for the first few and then back to the burnt taste.

What am I doing wrong here? Do I need to clean the CE4 after every tank? Any suggestions?

Tastyvapor's juices have a tendency to gunk up coils quickly. I love their tobacco but it's a killer of cartomizers for sure. Since you're using the ce4, you might try rinsing it out with water, letting it dry, and then giving it a dry burn before refilling to help remove the black gunk from the coils.

I 2nd this. I've been using RY8 & then Gorilla juice in the same CE4 & started to notice a burnt taste/smell. Cleaned it out with hot water, blew threw it, and then dry burned till I saw the coil turn orange. Rinse it out again afterward to get rid of what burned and to get some of the dry burn smell out (nasty). Put liquid in it & start vaping. It may taste burnt for the first few inhales so don't inhale till about the 4th one or till you no longer taste the burn. It will go away so don't worry about that. Good luck!
