im giving my old twist to a newbie who wants to start vapeing, i need to get him into genny's as soon azz to avoid the whole leaking issue associated with clearos..., prob the rsst to learn on. But he needs to learn the basics first i think, so what clearo?? pro tanks leak out of the 510 connector after a day or so and so did my old vivi nova's from what i can remember.. is the aspire clearo's any good?? i only use gennys and havnt used clearos for years.... so is there any i can recommend that don't leak?? or should i just give the bro a lesson on gennys and he can have my old rsst and an old mod!!!! :2cool::2cool:

The Protank II is in a league of it's own, but the coil can vary in quality quite a bit. But, they are cheap enough so you can just swap them out and set the old ones aside for later recoiling. I would recommend a PTII and a pack of 2.0 ohm coils. They do have their quirks, but flooding can be caused by only a few things which point back to either the coil/wick, or your vaping style. The coils are super easy to build with a cotton wick, and I never have any gurgling, leaking or burnt taste. I like using the 1/16 drill bit to build them.

I got a 10 pack of evods with a mesh bag for 22$ from fasttech... they have given me zero issues and not a dud in the bunch. My local BM sells them for 10$ a piece and 3$ for a coil... at the 2.20 i pay for each one I can use them as disposables if I wanted to ( but I wont )...

My all time fave would have to be the Smoktech Aro tanks... stainless and pyrex, for some reason they dont leak. I got them on sale for about 6 dollars. Dropped them several times without any breaking. I am not 100% in love with vaping from a stainless tip... but the performance is really great. They are what I carry with me when I am on my motorcycle.

My brick and mortar prices are similar. I still buy a coil or some juice once in a while to show support, as it's handy that they're there and there aren't enough of them in NYC. They'll also deliver anywhere in the city the same day for a price of course. Still, the staff is friendly and they know their stuff. They take a lot of time explaining things to customers and helping them troubleshoot. I figure the additional price is worth it if they're helping people stay on track and be successful.
