So now that I understand higher Ohms means more heat, what is the best ohms to use when running 3.5 volts or would it be better to switch my Ego-T to Unvariable where it goes from fully charges 4.0v down to 3.6 as the battery dies?? I guess I'm just trying to figure out what a good combination would be to make my battery last as long as possible and not burn up my juice so fast. Any help understanding this new world of vaping is very much appreciated.

i can say the best resistance to use for running 3.5 volt is around 2 - 2.5 ohms...Ego T was working fine at 2.5 ohms,...i used Ego-T also,..mine 1100mAh,...it can last for approx. 12 hours mid-heavy vaping....

The ohms are basically the electrial resistance and determines what voltage should be used that would work best. the vivi nova's come with i believe a 1.8 ohm for lower volatage devices, the 2.4 ohm which would probably work best with your set up. and a 2.8ohm head that is used for higher voltage. All three would work well of your Ego-T however I'm confident you would like the 2.4ohm best. My experience at least on my EGo twist.

Try a Vision Vivi Nova, you can swap heads for different resistances and see what you like best. I enjoyed mine, but now I am looking for something with a tighter draw. Might do the tooth pick trick to see how that goes.

I too like the Mini Vivi Nova's.. easy to clean, swap heads, modify, change atty resistance for a different feel...
