eGo-T alternative clearomizers?

Both of the clearomizers that came with my eGo-T aren't working as well as they used to, I guess they need cleaning. I hope I'll be able to do this following the instructions on the forum, but I also wonder if it would be worth looking at a different model of clearomizer. This will sound like a daft question to the experts here, but is it possible to use CE4 clearomizers with the eGo-T? If so, I wonder if these would go for longer without clogging?

Regards,
Nick.

Many of the newer clearomizers are the same width as the ego and have the ego skirt, some ego threaded, some with a 510 connection, but both work fine on your ego-T. You might want to look at the Kanger T2, T3, Mini T3, Evod, CE5 and Vision Mini Vivi Nova. They all offer a slim profile that matches the Ego and replaceable heads that are cheaper than an entire clearo. Some wick to the top coil like what you have, and some have a bottom coil that wicks well. Clogging up the coil happens eventually with any device, but you can minimize it by avoiding thick dark juices that have more particulate material in them. Thin and clear juices extend the life if you can find ones you like. I can't recommend a bigger diameter tank on top of an ego battery as it becomes top heavy and kind of unwieldy.

The PG/VG ratio of your juice is a factor - I'd stay at 50% PG or higher to minimize clogging. Good luck in your hunt!

I've had great luck with the SmokTek Redux. I've only had 1 or 2 duds out of about 30 replacement heads and they last me anywhere from a week to 3 weeks depending on the juice I'm using. VG is thicker and seems to change the vape sooner than PG, but I like the VG better. I usually just dilute my VG with PG when it starts to feel like it's going to clog or something. I'll stay with them unless I find something better.
