Yes, I using Panasonic 18650 battery 3100mAh.
And I need no drop volt on my device.
IF your battery is the Panasonic 18650 3100mah Li-Ion battery -- IT IS NOT SAFE TO USE IN A MOD

Have you read up on battery safety, ohms law and amp limitations?

Yes, I using Panasonic 18650 battery 3100mAh.
And I need no drop volt on my device.

Just because it has a high mah rating does not mean it is safe for use in a mechanical mod. As Susan stated, please read up on battery safety, the best batteries to buy, and how ohms law pertains to mechanicals.

After you are thoroughly, and I mean thoroughly, versed in these topics, then find a mechanical to suit your needs.

I have one in mind but I'm not sure I should give that information out quite yet. I will, but please promise to do the above okay?

Thanks for the relinks to all the battery information. I'm using an EFEST 1600 IMR16650 3.7V LI-MN high drain battery in my Chi-You clone, only because that's what a B+M store recommended me to use. I'll be going through all the linked information to help me get a better understanding though.
Stetser -- you've got a good battery rated 30A continuous (it's on Baditudes list).

Here is an FYI regarding a couple of other purple Efest batteries.

If your batteries are the purple Efest 18650 2500mAh 35A batteries -- they are not 35A continuous. They are really rebranded LG18650HE2 2500mAh 20 amp continuous batteries.

Here is another warning that was posted on ECF regarding another purple Efest battery: Efest 3100mAh battery caution

I don't like the spring on the HCigar Nemesis. It isn't strong enough to prevent the device with atty from firing if it is put down and not locked. The HCigar Stingray and HCigar Turtleship are much better. The Stingray is magnetic and the Turtleship is a spring, but the spring has a smooth and short throw and is strong enough to hold the device + battery + atty without firing, even when unlocked.
I also have a Smoktek extender, which is an inexpensive authentic mod that works great. The magnets and locking mechanism are high quality.
